What is Interview Assist?

Does Interview Assist write my answers?
No. It surfaces your best example and a few key points from your own experience. You remain responsible for what you say.
What do I need to get started?
A free account and your career information — upload a resume or add experience, projects, skills and education.
Interviews
Does it work for video and phone interviews?
Yes. It supports authorized audio capture for video calls and phone calls on speakerphone. It does not provide a phone number or call bridge.
Can the interviewer see the guidance?
No. Guidance only appears on your own screen and is never sent into the call.
Is audio recorded?
Raw audio is not stored. A transcript is saved to your account so your story keeps getting stronger.
Plans and privacy
Can I use it without a subscription?
Yes. The soft launch is free. Interview Pass and Pro are coming later.
Who can see my information?
Only you. Your story, opportunities and transcripts are private to your account.
What happens to my interview information?
It is processed and stored according to your account settings and the Privacy Policy.
