Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free plan
The free plan is free. There is nothing to cancel or refund.
Pro (monthly)
Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Account → Plan. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you already paid for. Monthly payments are non-refundable, including partly used months.
Interview Pass (one-time)
An Interview Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. All Interview Pass sales are final.
Exceptions
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a verified service outage stopped Interview Assist from working, email Admin@interviewassist.net within 30 days and we will review it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.

Before you pay, we show the price, how often you will be charged, and how to cancel. Cancelling online is always available in your account.
