The service
Interview Assist helps you organize career information, prepare for roles, create application materials, and receive real-time answer guidance. It does not attend interviews for you, guarantee outcomes, or replace your judgment.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the statements you make, and complying with interview, employer, recording, privacy, and consent requirements that apply to you.
Authorized audio only
Do not use audio capture until everyone on the call has given any consent the law requires. Oregon law (ORS 165.540) requires that all participants in a conversation be informed before it is recorded, and other states have similar rules. You can pause or end capture at any time. Interview Assist does not silently capture audio.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's information, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, or present invented experience as fact.
AI guidance
Guidance may be incomplete or mistaken. Review it and speak in your own words. It is not career, legal, or employment advice, and there is no guarantee of an interview result or job offer. You remain responsible for every answer.
Paid plans, renewal and cancellation
Pro renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Account → Plan; cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid month. Interview Pass is a one-time purchase that does not renew. We will tell you before any price change takes effect. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Interview Assist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Availability and changes
The service may change or experience interruptions. We may suspend misuse or make changes needed for security, reliability, and legal compliance, and we will post updated terms on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
